This seems like the only type of crash most customers are getting. As we wrote in other post we are aware about this problem, but so far we couldn't fix it, since we cannot reproduce it. SmartCode is located in Singapore, too far away from majority of our customers. But seems one of our guys will be going to New Your City some time soon. And if any of you guys work somewhere nearby and you can reproduce the crush, we thought that may be he could visit your location, reproduce the problem in a debugger and fix it.

So if you such kind of customer (live in NY area, having problems with remote reboot and it's possible to visit your office) please let us know.
