While more documentation would be greatly appreciated, the demo program actually seems to work quite well for beta software!

We certainly will include an API reference with the final release that explains all the properties and methods. But actually the API is easy to use, since all the properties and methods have are similar to settings that can be found on VNC server properties dialog.

But while it's in beta and the only doc available is the API reference we will be glad to answer to any questions that you might have.
