Hi, thought I'd post here first as searched and no-one seems to have posted regarding this subject.

I know I can add an external tool for Netsupport ("C:\Program Files\NetSupport Manager\PCICTLUI.EXE"//C">10.0.0.1<TCP>" /E /VC)

But is there a way of bringing up Netsupport for the individual clients?

Or is this one for the features bit?

I would say it's highly probably that Netsupport support will be available in the VNC Manager 4.0. According to this page http://www.netsupportmanager.com/windows.asp Netsupport Manager includes a remote desktop ActiveX control and theoretically it should be possible to integrate it into the VNC Manager. So unless there are some sort of licensing restrictions that would prevent us from integrating the ActiveX, I'm pretty much sure that this feature will be implemented.

Kindest Regards,
