I sincerely apologize to the customers who had sent a support request to support (@) s-code.com and never heard back from us.

As we discovered today there was a problem with our online support system. The result of this problem was that only a few support emails were reaching our mailbox. We have taken immediate steps to fix the problem and make sure the problem doesn’t happen again. But unfortunately due to this “fix” all the open tickets had to be closed.

If you have an outstanding issue with one of our products or need our help please let us know and we will try to help you ASAP.

Once again, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by this accident.
