When I copy a group of computer to a different folder, it defaults the "Use settings from:" back to "Parent group folder properties". I would like to select a group of computers, right click and select properties, change the "Use settings from" to "Global settings", click ok and it would make the changes to all computers that I selected.
Thanks

Hi, the settings that control whether or not the Inheritance will be changed when you move computers between groups can be set via the Tools->Options->Defaults (the three radio buttons at the bottom of the page). As you know the VM currently doesn't support selection of several registered computers and changing their properties. But there is a workaround: 1) First you configure just one registered computer 2) The select it and use the Copy Registered Computer Settings command 3) The dialog windows that opens shows only registered groups. But it's possible to make your registered computers visible by clicking on the Show Registered Computers toolbar button. 4) In case of the Inheritance settings you should check the "Settings inheritance mode" check-box.
 Kindest Regards, SmartCode Solutions Support
