I doing a custom network scan of VNC servers and then I tab back to List view and I have been connected to a server via terminal services and it dosen't display connected currently in the RDP Con. row.

Hmm...indeed. Build 2.5.71.1 with fix will be uploaded with in 30 minutes. EDIT: we have uploaded a bug fix. Sorry for inconveniences caused.
