Hi, I've sent a couple emails about purchasing software, and recieved no replies. Also, the phone number that's listed on your website is disconnected (650-472-2345). How do I get in contact with you guys?

All I need to know is the pricing for a 2 admin - 200 user license, for either purchase or subscription.

Max,
we replied on both of your emails. It’s rather strange that you didn't receive them.

As for your question, you should purchase only 2 licenses for your admins.

By the way, let me explain what's wrong with our phones. Actually nothing wrong with them, they are working.
But the thing is that SmartCode is a Singapore based company and the phone number 650-472-2345 is just a call forwarding service, which transfers all calls to our Singapore number listed on the site too. This way when a customer phones us, he doesn’t have to pay international calling rates, we do it for him. The only problem is that Singapore is on very different time-zone from U.S. and probably when you called, it was late night here.

Kindest Regards,

Thanks for the reply. I sent back an email to you, as well. I would like to know how we would get support for your product? Since you are in a completely opposite timezone, every communication would have to wait until the next day for a response. Our working day here in the United States is night-time for you, which may pose a problem for future customers trying to contact you. Perhaps you can set up an answering service at this phone number so it does not seem disconnected?

That's usually not a problem. Since most of the time we are online till 1AM our time (by the way, it’s 12:15AM here now), which at least allows us to provide fast reply to customers residing at East Coast. And during our morning time we are able to communicate with customers at West Coast. Anyway, as far as my experience goes, usually you wait for a reply from support team for a few days if not a weeks. I had to wait for such replies myself several times. And it never takes more than a 24hours to get a reply from us. And usually it's much less than 24 hours.
